Discover your path forward
It’s not just about yoga or meditation.
It’s about the way you start to feel when someone really sees you. When you walk into a space that’s calm, kind, and full of people showing up just as they are. When you finally stop pushing and start listening—to your body, your breath, your own inner wisdom.
That’s the kind of space I hold.
I bring decades of study and practice into every session—but more than that, I bring deep care, a little humor, and a whole lot of heart. I listen closely, adapt, and trust your timing. Whether we’re working one-on-one or you’re settling into class, there’s room for all of you here. Your questions, your doubt, your spirit, your grief. Nothing has to be hidden or fixed.
And over time, something begins to shift. Not because you forced it—but because you were supported. Because you were met with compassion. Because you remembered how to come home to yourself.
Let’s make space for you to feel better.
Whether you’re dealing with stress, going through a big life change, feeling unsteady on your feet, or just want to reconnect with yourself—I meet you right where you are.
We’ll keep it simple, personal, and doable.
Nothing forced. No pressure to “perform.” Just grounded, gentle practices to help you feel more steady, more at ease, more you.

Lezlie Ward
Hi! I’m Lezlie (with a ‘z’), and I want to help you feel better ❤️
Everybody can do yoga—no, really! You don’t have to be flexible or know what you’re doing. My job is to help you find a way of moving, breathing, and relaxing your mind that actually fits you.
I’ve been teaching for over 25 years, and I’ve seen again and again that when yoga and meditation are uniquely suited to you, they can be transformative. You don’t have to keep pushing through pain or stress. There’s a way to feel better, and I’d love to help you find it.
I’ve spent my whole life gathering tools: studying yoga, meditation, energy work, and even getting a master’s in counseling, because I love learning and figuring out what actually helps people. I’ve used these practices to heal my own stress and autoimmune struggles, and now, I get to share them with others. People tell me all the time, “I feel so much better.” That’s what keeps me going.
And it’s not just about the physical practice. You can bring all of it—your stress, your confusion, your anxiety, the parts of your life that feel too heavy to carry alone. Yoga isn’t just movement; it’s a way to process, to release, to heal. In private sessions, we work with whatever is showing up for you, whether it’s chronic pain, a life transition, or something you can’t quite name yet.
If you’re curious, come try it. No pressure, no perfect poses—just space for you to move, breathe, and feel more like yourself again.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
When you purchase a series of sessions, we’ll have dedicated time together—and anything that’s useful is available to you. We’ll start with a conversation and assessment to create a personalized plan that fits your needs, goals, and lifestyle. Along the way, we’ll also leave room to respond to what’s present.
Sessions may include movement, breathwork, visualization, energy therapy, compassionate listening, or personal sound massage healing with Peter Hess bowls. Every tool is offered with care and tailored support—nothing cookie cutter, nothing forced.
-
While I hold a master’s degree in counseling, I’m not currently licensed as a mental health counselor in the state of Indiana—so I do not offer psychotherapy, mental health diagnosis, or treatment for clinical conditions.
The services I offer are as a certified yoga therapist. That means we’ll use tools like movement, breath, somatic exploration, meditation, visualization, and other holistic practices to support your overall wellbeing. These sessions are not mental health treatment, but many people find them deeply calming, grounding, and helpful during times of stress or transition.
If you’re unsure what kind of support you need, feel free to reach out—I’ll always be honest about whether I’m the right fit.

I don’t accept insurance at this time. The services I offer—yoga therapy and meditation-based wellness support—aren’t typically covered by insurance plans.
That said, sessions are priced at $70/hour, which is intentionally affordable compared to many other one-on-one healing services. You’re getting personalized care, a customized plan, and the attention of someone with over 25 years of experience in the field.
Many clients tell me this work has been just as impactful—if not more—than some of the conventional treatments they’ve tried. And because it’s designed around your real life, the effects often extend well beyond the session itself.
If private sessions aren’t in reach right now, group classes are a great alternative. They’re $12 per class, and because the groups are small, I’m still able to offer individualized attention—especially when you attend consistently over time. It’s an affordable and effective way to receive ongoing support.
-
To really see a shift and give the work time to take root, I recommend starting with a 5-session series. One session is rarely enough—we need a little time together to understand what’s going on, create a plan, and start moving toward relief and lasting change.
Sessions are one hour and scheduled at a pace that works for you—some people come weekly, others every other week. After the 5-pack, we’ll check in and decide together if you want to continue. Many people choose to do another series, especially once they start feeling better and see what’s possible.
This isn’t about adding one more thing to your to-do list—it’s about creating space for something that makes your life better.

I can help ongoing students figure out when it’s time to follow up with a physician or seek out physical therapy—especially for more serious or acute injuries. But often, people come to me after they’ve been discharged from PT and still don’t feel 100%. They’re looking for continued guidance to keep improving and building their capacity, and that’s where yoga therapy really shines.
Yoga therapy tends to move at a slower pace, with more patience built in. Physical therapy often has a time or session limit and focuses mostly on muscles and bones at the site of pain. In yoga therapy, we look at the body as a whole system—and how your physical health interacts with your mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Because we believe body, mind, and spirit are intimately woven together, we often use the body as a way to understand and work with things that aren’t strictly physical. This is a body-based approach to healing—and that makes it different from both traditional mental health therapy and conventional medical treatment.

People often come to me when they’re out of ideas—when nothing else has worked and they’re not sure what to try next. I’m especially skilled at helping people with anxiety feel less overwhelmed and more at home in their own bodies.
You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or experienced. I love working with beginners, and everything we do is adapted to your comfort level.
This work also supports people navigating caregiving, chronic tension, cultivating self-care to prevent burnout, retirement, life transitions, or just a general sense of stuckness. If you’re craving more steadiness, ease, or clarity, you’re in the right place.
